Cheesy Dolly

Lewis and I made our own cheese this evening, mozzarella! I had bought Lewis a wee kit a while ago and we finally got around to making it, we just needed to add milk! There are a few stages, it was fun to see the milk turn into curds and whey! You need to get it to a 57•c before you can do the final step, folding and stretching! You can see Lewis stretching it here, we the made it into two balls of mozzarella! We haven't tried it yet, it's in the fridge at the moment, but I'm thinking pizza!
