abi and summer

A lovely walk in Dunham Massey with Abi, Zachary and Summer. So lovely to have good conversation with an awesome friend and to hang out with my newest goddaughter. A day of nourishment for the soul.

This evening I jogged to Ju's house and he drove me home - only 4 miles and my pace is tortoise-like but it was so lovely to stretch the legs and be presented with a cold glass of water by a smiling Ju at the end. I definitely didn't appreciate his kitten trying to lick my armpit while I stretched though.
