Nacreous...

..or 'mother of pearl' cloud. We spotted this beautiful sky while we were in town shopping at about 5.00pm. The photo doesn't really do it justice, but I have never seen a sky like it. The clouds were iridescent pastel colours. I have since looked it up in my cloud book, they form in freezing temperatures and are usually a mixture of nitric acid and ice crystals.
Went swimming with Rafi after school today, first time for a couple of months, he's a bit out of practice.
