In The Occupied Territory

Clouds

This beautiful sight is called cloud iridescence. It is caused when small ice particles in the clouds refract the light.
they are quite rare, but this is the second time i have seen the phenominam. The last time was a good few years ago, but only in one cloud. Today the sky was fairly full of it.
This was up in Fraserburgh, where we went after picking Arya up from school.
After a visit to the bank, we went to Mrs Maitlands for coffee and scones: Arya had tea, virtually a whole pot, and a large strawberry tart.
She then wanted to go to the swing park right beside the sea.
Although it was cold, it was good enough fun, for the short time we were there.
See extras. and another one go the sky. I darkened it to highlight it.
