Before the Storm
I had enjoyed my recent day at New Brighton so much, that I thought I would go back. This time the high tide coincided with the beginnings of storm Henry, and with the sunset (almost). The waves along the sea wall were spectacular, (see extra), and just as I was about to retire, cold but exhilarated, I noticed a little purple light coming from the setting sun onto the clouds and lighthouse. By this time the wind was really starting to get up, and was blowing sand and sea spray. I probably left before I should have done- as far as images are concerned.
