Nori

Sunday I went for a bride/bridesmaid lunch with my friend Sarah, who gets married next year. We had a good chat about her plans and some lovely food. Afterwards, I went to see Ruth, who has just moved. The photo is her Nori brick from Accrington (where she is from). The story goes that they were printed with the word 'iron', as they are strong as iron, but it got printed backwards and they became known as Nori bricks. This one is now a candle holder.
