Repetition

What's the point in these silly little rolls of "fence?" The neighbours have enough of the stuff bundled up outside of their house to put it from one end of our street to the other. I was under the impression that a fence was there to keep things in or to keep things out, this stuff will do neither.

I think my neighbours knew I was struggling for a blip today and ordered it in especially. I also think that they think I am nuts for taking pictures of it, oh well...
