Fire safety.

The firemen from yesterday came back today to do our quick fire check. Was surprised when they turned up with a team of 5 and their engine too! Nice blokes fit us a free smoke alarm downstairs and talked us through some sensible things.

Watched tue super grand prix. The rain held off and it was a good race.

After being inside washing since Friday I was desperate for some fresh air. We planned a walk but it began raining as we opened the front door. Drove to see my mum. They think L's changed just in the 2 weeks since they last saw her. We sat and watched some of our wedding & holiday clips on their tv before coming home for a speedy bath for the kids and bed.

Went for my first run since before the wedding. It was fairly hard work getting back in to. I'm a bit depressed about how quickly my body's turned into a blob after exercising and eating well for over a year.
