Happy 90th Vivian x

Isn't it ironic how Vivian Maier would have been 90 today if she were still alive.....
....on the day that a certain Trump could be on his way to the White House.

There are many things you can say about Trump (which I shan't go into  here), but there is no getting away from his ludicrous hair style (if you call it a style) as Mrs Tuttle puts it. I made a toupee attempt last month for a laugh, but turned out that it suited me rather well (Yesska's words not mine). See the extra.
If Vivian was still around I'm sure she would've had a field day with her camera during the circus Trump campaign.

The lipstick on the mirror?  Well, this was done as a bit of tongue in cheek following a very funny (true) story I once heard from a caretaker many years ago........

.....Following a daily occurrence of (hundreds of) lipstick kisses on the mirrors in the girls toilets, the Head Teacher decided to do something about it as the Caretaker was getting a bit fed up of having to cleaning the mirrors more than twice a day. So the Head Teacher arranged for the "suspects" to meet in the girls toilets after school. The Head gave them all a rollicking, which was followed by the usual sniggering, "it wasn't me Miss", "You can't prove it was us" etc. The Head then decided to demonstrate exactly what the Caretaker has to go through every time he had to clean the mirrors. At this point the Caretaker walked into one of the cubicles and started scrubbing away at the mirrors with a toilet brush. Yes that's right a toilet brush, and conveniently enough, he "forgot" to flush the toilet before hand.
The mirrors were never kissed again.
