The Hopper
After studying the hopper very intently for some time it was gently put back where he found it .......without any prompting.
Spent a big part of this meltingly hot day (nearly 100% humidity...its cruel and wicked) up at Ma and Pa's packing up Dads train set to send of to a bloke who bought it. He (Dad) was a bit sad to see it dismantled and see it go but I have promised him that with the money we can buy him a second hand Apple 27inch iMac.....we will install Dragon Speak on it for him so he can get around things a bit better and maybe if we are lucky he will finish his book.
Ready to put my feet up (after my many jobs) and watch a bit of telly before bed...I'm pooped....this heat really takes it out of one especially when they have sweated about 3 gallons.
A good reminder from Plato
“Do not train a child to learn by force or harshness; but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each.”
