Tatty Teddy Takes a Bath

I rescued this ted from a second-hand shop, in a town I can't remember the name of. It was a few weeks ago when we went to Christchurch, and decided to take a different route.
Anyway, I thought it was time to give Ted a bath, so that's what I did, and here he is drying out on the clothes line.

I reckon he dates from the 1970's. What do you think?
