Cake

Sebastien helped me make a couple chocolate-coconut cakes for choir practice tomorrow evening.  Got a tiny lick of the bowl, too, when we were done.

This afternoon, Rick (who has caught the same cold Sebbie and I caught) was falling asleep on the rug in Sebastien's room when we were all in there. So Sebastien gave him all the stuffed animals and pillows and helped me put a blanket on his dad. Then he swayed back and forth and sang along to a lullaby I was singing. Finally, he 'tiptoed' out the door and looked back at me to follow him.

 I think he enjoyed being on the other side of that whole putting to bed routine. It sure was sweet and Rick got a little nap in after we had left.
