Old Treasures

Today was great. Went to church in the morning. Then we travelled to Todmorden to meet up with our Great Aunty Heather and her daughter. We had a surprise with a few more family members turning up too (plus their adorable dog :) ).

Had a lovely lunch in a pub and then went back to Aunty Heather's house for tea and cakes.
Aunty Heather is soon moving out of her huge house and has an awful lot of books which mainly belonged to Uncle Michael so we were looking through them all to see if we wanted any/collect some that have already been requested by other family members.
Out of the whole lot I only saw this tiny one that I wanted but found out it used to belong to my Great Granny which I think is rather special.

Got back mid evening. Had a scrummy tea (including baked camembert, melted chocolate hotpots and wine :) ) and caught up with The Voice!
