Distillery abstract

When I arrived to work, first thing in the morning, it was very quiet at the distillery. As we don't have production at the weekends, I decided to take just a few photos inside. I didn't use any flash though, as we're not allowed. This is a reflection of a copper pot still on the spirit safe.

Work is going well so far and I'm starting to feel more comfortable with the procedures. I'm slowly getting to know the members of my team and, so far, everybody seems really nice. 

As for Anstruther, so far I've just been in a couple of pubs, a chippie, a couple of shops and I've met some people briefly as well. However, I haven't had a change yet to explore the area in a leisurely way, as I still have a few things needing sorted out. Moving to a completely new location is a slow process. Once I feel completely settled, I'm planning to go for walks around the area and visit the towns nearby as well.

Registering with doctor's tomorrow and a visit to Edinburgh on Tuesday. Nice to have a couple of days off.

Need to feel settled in my mind as well.
