Spring is near?

I discovered the first snowdrops in our garden today. So spring must be near.

It is the 88th birthday of my dad today and we went to see my parents and had a lovely meal together. Right now he has trouble with his eyes (AMD) and can't read anymore which is really tragic as he loves to read and do crossword puzzles. I do hope the eye doctor can help. He's got an apppointment tomorrow. Keep fingers crossed.
