Switch off

Very bad luck - the switch went wrong and the kitchen light went off. Had contacted the landlord for a fix and hope it will get sorted out quickly. Had to use the big lamp temporarily. Not good for evening use, though.

Cooked at noon to make use of some day light (there's a skylight) but it rained heavily so that I gave up attending the Lion Dance performance in the Ulster Hall. They will do it for the University on 08/02, anyway. Just take it that I donated my money to the club.

Still quite a lot to prepare before the celebrations start on Tuesday.
