Long-tailed tit

I was chuffed to snap a long-tailed tit at the nature reserve at lunchtime - each bird in the flock hardly stood still for a second, but I got one!

F and I ventured up to Alexandra Palace after work to see Sigur Ros, who were mind-blowingly fantastic. The support band, For A Minor Reflection (also from Iceland), were superb - they made us laugh when they said they usually play to groups of only 20 or 30 people - Ally Pally must hold hundreds of folk and it was a sold-out gig!

We also thoroughly appreciated the doughnut van in the building - what a brilliant idea!
