Puerto Rico: Day 2

After a long first night, I spent most of the morning and early afternoon nursing myself back to par by drinking water and staring at the palm trees. I did finally work down a Mudslide with Erin just before her parents Jeff and Deb made it into town around 4pm. We went to their hotel, Hampton Inn, around 5pm and had happy hour drinks and snacks until 7pm before heading to Plato's for an authentic Puerto Rican dinner. I had the El Jibarito, Erin and Deb had the Churrasco, and Jeff had the Mofongo.
