A moment for reflection

Why not start the day with a moment for reflection? I love a motivational quote and believe in the power of positive thinking (most of the time, unless I am feeling totally useless and the whole word is against me!)

My new philosophy for 2016 is 'Carpe Diem' (or Seize the F'ing day Bridget ' if talking to my daughter) and I spotted this print whilst browsing in Folkestone. Before 2016 I would have walked by and then cursed myself when I got home for not buying it, but not any more! Now it hangs in my downstairs loo and each morning become motivated anew!
