Wind Blown!

It's hard to be dignified when the wind's blowing against you. I watched this swan trying to preen his feathers as a wind blew sideways across the lake. It was lovely to be out in the sunshine for change, even if there was a nip in the air.

My last visit to Trentham Gardens this week. I'm off to the Lake District tomorrow for a week at Lakeland Photographic Holidays. I'm not sure how easy it's going to be for photography as the weather forecast is pretty wet with a good dose of wind thrown in!
