Running Late At Appleby

Looks a bit serious at the controls of today's steam train. 
Not a good day for us either, went to Scout Green to see the train go up to Carlisle, was so windy could hardly hold camera plus the wind was blowing the wrong way (see extra).
Between the train going and coming back  from Carlisle, we had a drive over to Rutter Force which was very cold and starting to snow.
We then went to Appleby station where the train was running very late, so was almost dark by the time it arrived, the reflections from the fire in the cab looked good but didn't come out well on the photos.
Home now, trying to thaw my legs out!!!
