Quesadilla

A little Mexican influence for our Saturday night dinner! It had to be quick and easy as Tim was starting work at 18:00!

The idea is quite basis, cheese, spring onion and an orange pepper sandwiched between two tortillas and cooked in a dry frying pan!

We had then with some refried beans, homemade salsa and homemade guacamole (both made by Tim who is the boss of salsa and guacamole)!

This is going straight on our quick and easy meal list! It was super tasty and really filling!
