Good day

Despite waking up feeling a little unsettled I blundered on.

Parkrun in new trail shoes. I am running a half in may and its gonna be muddy. They were great actually. I got two good miles in as well. It was nice to run in mud and not worry about dodging it.

Then I took the boys to the RSPB cente to make bird feeders. We wanted to do the big birdwatch but there have been no birds in the garden.

Typical.

Then i have cooked another lovely meal. I have my mojo back. Yay.

Ds2 is playing like the star he actually is with his toys. Xxxx
