Verses from the Exeter Riddles

A lovely sculpture  made by Michael Fairfax which stand proudly in the High Street in Exeter. It shows verses from the Exeter Riddles, which is the earliest known example of Anglo Saxon poetry, which dates back from the circa 960 AD.
