Hedge cutting

Went for a stroll this afternoon up the lanes, not far from were we live. I had to step aside as some idiot, in a van, came speeding past on the single track road. As I stepped back onto the road , I noticed these rusty  pink handled scissors in the hedge. Today's blip I thought.
