Making the most of old phoneboxes

We woke up to a layer of snow and blizzard conditions but it soon cleared but the hill still had a layer of snow so we took David to work.
After breakfast in Dobbies we went for a drive down to Redcastle. On the way we spotted this old phonebox in Charleston that has been turned into a mini library. I did nt get out as it was blowing a gale and really miserable out there.
Lots of Communities have purchased the phone boxes that are not really used anymore since the invention of mobile phones. Some like this one are mini libraries , others have been turned into greenhouses, information points, storage for defibrillators and tea shops :)

I tried to do the RSPB Garden bird watch this morning but gave up when it became too dark and a job to see through the raindrops on the window to see them properly. Hopefully better luck tomorrow.
