Modality

Down in Birmingham to look at some new ways of delivering general practice and primary care. They certainly do things differently here - the organisation we looked at called Modality has developed through a number of practice mergers and now looks after 86000 patients. They have another 8 practices wishing to join. Not something we'd wish to replicate up here ( even if practices wished to merge - which they don't ) but interesting to see how things are developing in other areas if the country.
