Double baby shower

Another busy, full on day, that was pretty non stop.

Up first thing to crumb coat the baby shower cake before worship practice, and after practice, to finish decorating it with fondant, etc. and get the house ready for the shower. I made the two little booties, first time, I thought they were a bit adorable.

One of my friends had a girl and the other is going to have a boy. Hence the neutral coloured cake with pink and blue decorations.

It was a lovely gathering and both mums were thrilled with everything. What a relief!

I was grateful for all the help I received, as I was pretty pooped.

Had to bake another cake after everyone left ... last minute order.
