S and I went on a little pubcrawl in town during the late afternoon yesterday - four pubs, four beers, a good time.  Town was very busy though with police and football supporters due to the F.A. Cup match at Pride Park between Derby and Manchester United.  We got back in time to watch the second half and to see Derby lose, but the fish and chips were good.

Work for me this morning, and once home I sent myself for a run into Elvaston Country Park. (Past this gate, not through it).  I'm getting better.  Slowly.
