They Gave The Clothes Off Their Backs

I don't know if they did.  That's a bit of hyperbole on my part.  I just always wondered if a container that resembles a dressed up dumpster  ever gets many donated clothes.  Who picks them up and where do they go?  How do I get a receipt for my donation?  I need one because I want to jack up the "estimated" resale value which will get me a bigger tax deduction - from stuff I would have probably thrown away.  Isn't that the American way? 

Ooo...sorry.  Tax season makes me crazy.
