Spa Day

For Christmas Bek bought me (and her) a voucher for spa day in Milton Keynes which we used today. Had a wonderful day with her. Started our day with Aqua fit - something I had never done before but really enjoyed, then swimming followed by jacuzzi. Coffee time followed by a session in the gym. Lunch, with a tiny bottle of cava, then a chocolate massage (which was amazing and smelt so good!) facial and Indian head massage. Then another little spell in the hymn, another swim, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, then another welcome cuppa.
JP came over to Milton Keynes and we all had a lovely meal at Turtle Bay - a lovely Caribbean restaurant.
