Is He Or Isn't He?

When it comes to eye colour, brown is the dominant colour world-wide and is especially prevalent as you get closer to the equator.

Moving further north of the equator ((and eastwards) blue, green & grey eyes become more common. eg Green is most common in North/ Central Europe (86%), Blue is most common in Finland & Estonia (89%). Those with Irish/Scots heritage are 86% likely to have blue or green eyes, while brown prevails in Africa, Asia, Oceania, the Americas, East & Southern Europe. 

You get the picture.

So when I met this student in a local Museum, his eye-colour roused my curiosity. We all know that mixed relationships yield interesting variations; but what do you think - are his eyes naturally this colour ?
