The Gathering

I'd swapped my day off, tomorrow for today, in order to attend Area 4 of the Royal Naval Association AGM and meeting.
A 300+ return trip started early by dropping Clare at Treliske at 0700 then on to Exeter Servi Es for breakfast, arriving there at 0830. Great breakfast at a great price from Greggs, ( the sooner they get into Cornwall the better), before continuing at a leisurely pace to Dorchester.
Parking in the 'Top 'O' The Town' car park next to the castle pictured I made my way to the venue.
It was good to catch up with friends Ron & Yvonne, I'd not seen them for a while, but not over enamoured of the proceedings.
Following three odd hours of meeting I said my farewells and made my way home via Treliske where I collected Clare.

A long day.
