Given up

A deal of work done before anyone else arrived this morning and then ready to face Y11 and their response to their mock exam results. Harsh but fair marking and some easily rectified mistakes pointed out should hopefully mean that they will see it all as a part of a process. Apparently they have 13 weeks left until their exams start or so they were told in assembly. Plenty of time...

The morning was full on but the afternoon less so which meant that I could head off fairly early and when it was still light, even once I'd done the food shop. Bailey was more pleased to see me than he was last night but, as he didn't get all of his usual afternoon sleep, he gave up earlier tonight. And he won't be the only one.
