Took Ailsa to the beach this afternoon (the appropriately named Princess Bay) whilst her Mum get some stuff ready for our friends coming round for a barby - she likes the sand which got everywhere of course.

Good sporting weekend so far - Rangers beating Aberdeen, Scotland thumping Canada at rugby (just as well as they're as pish as can be), England getting spanked by a record margin at home, the All Blacks beating Wales (again without conceding a single point in the second half) and the crowing glory, the Kiwis beating the heavily favoured Kangaroos in the Rugby League World Cup Final - sensational!

Off to iron 5 shirts now which I won't enjoy one bit.
