Bins...

It's a bit of wind.

The brakes on the bins clearly are not adequate.

In true Victor Meldrew style, I have emailed the Council.

They should be grateful that none of the runaway bins hit Barney. The wrath would have seen me camping in their office.

The bins nearest him are now tied together to a post. Best hope the bin men carry scissors. I have an endless stash of cable ties.
