From Far Away Shores

Not the best of days again weatherwise, so I thought we will not get to any beaches today, so, why not bring the beach to us. That's exactly what we did a couple of years ago on holiday in the Algarve. We were in Lagos, pronounced, Laar gosh, when I spotted this, I suppose you could call it a souvenier, made up of Algarve sand and a mixture of sea shells and also a candle holder in the shape of a pot. I couldn't resist this, so handed over my hard earned Euro's and left with my bit of Algarve Beach.
It is nice to look on and think of the next time we will be on the real ones.
