freedom

i have had this little waxeye for about 3 weeks. It has grown from a fluffy baby to a full feathered adult. One problem....it doesnt want to go free. I put it outside this morning, opened cage and wished it well...... It climbed up on cage and sat there. At the moment its back inside, so I have shut the door and will try again tomorrow.
