Beer!

Perhaps not the best photograph but one of the most satisfying.

My garden has been decimated by slugs and snails this year in an attempt to at least save some of my plants I resorted to 'Beer traps'. As I don't tend to drink beer - a trip to the local supermarket and 4 cans of the cheapest later resulted in four beer traps with approximately 150-200 mainly slugs overnight.

I would say that's a result!

For any slug and snail lovers out there please remember the poor gardener.
