A very happy moment.

Many moons ago, on my 18th birthday, I spent almost a whole months salary buying myself a Seiko watch.

It was always with me until about five years ago when the winder came out and the glass was so scratched that I could barely read the date and time.

Every since then I have looked in pawn shop windows and watched eBay trying to find another face and body.

At the weekend I found the exact same watch face but on a smaller bracelet strap at a really low price. Really low.

Needless to say I bought it and it arrived this morning.

Tonight I took the original strap and fitted it onto the new watch face.

I am so happy. I love my new old watch and I feel complete again.
