Steam
There are a couple coal fired electric generating plants about 12 miles from my town. The cooling towers at those plants give off a huge amount of steam which usually dissipates into the air without a visible trace.
But when the weather is like it is today, cold but with higher humidity, that steam will form a V that points to those cooling towers like the finger of God hanging in the sky.
