Lovely surprise

Wednesday is always a busy day. I do visits in the morning, and then I have a busy antenatal clinic all afternoon, usually full, and I am usually running a bit late bcz I like to give time to women when they need to talk about things. Then it's a drive home, and out to slimming world group. Thankfully I actually lost some weight this week = 1.5lbs. And then eventually dinner, gone nine pm.
So it was a pleasant surprise when these beautiful flowers and lovely card were left for me at the GP surgery.
