Serious Red Eye

A logistically complex day.

Annie dropped me (Chris) at Haddenham and Thame Parkway station this morning to get the train to London. Then she drove to Didcot and parked the car, before taking a train to Bristol. A day's work was followed by a visit to a leaving do for two colleagues and then a flight up from Bristol to Edinburgh. Finally it was tram and then taxi to her hotel.

For me, after work and a quick walk on the Southbank I took a train out from Paddington to Didcot, located where she'd hidden the car and then drove it back home.

A well executed plan that seems to have gone without a hitch: people and cars ended up where they were supposed to be. Oh for a simple life.
