Blackberries in

... A cheeky pair of breakfast pancakes! Eggy pancakes, sweetened a titch with orange blossom honey and fried in butter, fresh wild blackberries do well nestled inside!
I confess though that after all my grand baking plans I've just been eating them with Greek yogurt (a couple went in to a gun and elderflower cocktail last night too). Fresh berries are always a dilemma: yes you can make wonderful things out of them but in a way they are most wonderful on their own! Still, perhaps a friand or two and a tiny pot of jam should be executed.
