Preparations

Busy morning working on the museum funding application, walking the dogs in horrendous conditions just so that Basil would do a poo, trying to find a builder to fix the leaking pitched roof which resulted in a pool of water on the study floor this morning, and getting a French outfit for Son2 to take with him on his college trip to Normandy, for which he departs tomorrow.

Work this afternoon, during which the new, narrower desk arrived but, unfortunately, turned out to be too short so will have to be changed again.

Home now and getting Son2 ready for his trip, cooking dinner, preparing for my trip to Brighton tomorrow, and wondering when Mr DawnAgain will return from his trip to London today which, he mentioned, was likely to end in a pub...
