Matryoshka Snowfall

This is part of an exercise in playing with depth of field and bokeh for Emma Davies's "A year with my camera" course.  


I've take the opportunity to use Jess's Matryoshka doll as the subject matter, its a souvenir from the year she spent in Russia.


The fake snow in the background is created by lighting crinkled up tinfoil and makes use of the bokeh created from the multiple reflected points of light.
