Caspian Tern(Hydroprogne caspia)

What a fabulous morning spent bird watching and being a guide and driver for three lovely ladies. This Caspian Tern looks as though she has over applied a bright orangey red lipstick, such a bright beak and a very large Tern at 52cm! This bird was obviously having a rest on our second bird spotting venue on the HilaryinOman bird tour! Flamingoes were first and a bonus of Camels and a baby camel at the end with lots of birds inbetwen, my kind of day! Many thanks to Paula and the two Doreens for being such lovely companions.
