Full Scottish breakfast- "heart attack on a plate"

Boarding had already started at Glasgow airport for Jamaica  this morning when I spotted this sign.
 
Does the advertising agency know that the health aficionados in Glasgow – the city with the worst health record in the U.K, probably in Europe- condemn the “full Scottish Breakfast” and call it “Heart attack on a Plate?”
 
I would like to think this advertising agency is being deeply ironic. Unfortunately big business is still pushing unhealthy eating because of the profits it makes .
 
   
I used to write on health issues for the Glasgow Herald, as it was then known, and when I saw this sign I could not believe my eyes.
