Quite clear then, no vans and no parking.  That said this is very close to our office and vans are regularly parked in the terrace.  I guess these signs are from quite a long time ago.
 
The sea front this morning was bleak and part of the shelter at the edge of the children’s playground had been ripped apart and blown all over the road and paths.  Hope tomorrow brings something a little better.
