Better than Starbucks!

Today four of us went to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition at the National History Museum. It was truly amazing, and the photographs taken by those under 16 were substantially better than anything I could achieve!  I found it really inspiring and interesting.  

It was also brilliant to go round it with G and compare our thoughts on each picture and to discuss the settings used to get the different effects. However, I did think G showed a lack of commitment to her art in not sounding keen to lie underwater to get a shot, or to go eye to eye with a crocodile or to lie on a surfboard next to a shark as three of the photographers had done!!!

Before the exhibition we went for tea and cake at the V&A coffee shop, what a lovely environment and so much better than Starbucks!
